Return, Warranty, and Refund Policy - PirVio Imports

Thank you for shopping at PirVio Imports. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please read our policy below for returns, warranties, and refunds.

1. Return Policy:

  • You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include all accessories and proof of purchase.
  • If the item is damaged upon arrival, you must take a video while opening the parcel to document the condition. This video must be sent to us immediately to be eligible for a free return at our cost.
  • Customers must bear the cost of return shipping for items that are not damaged. Please ensure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage.
  • To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +913269117238 or email pfaizyab@gmail.com during working hours (2:00 pm to 8:00 pm).
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the return within 2 business days. Refunds may take up to 4 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

2. Warranty Policy:

  • Warranty coverage is subject to the specific terms listed on the product page.
  • To claim a warranty, contact us with your order details and proof of purchase.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Refund Policy:

  • To be eligible for a refund, initiate your request within 7 days from the purchase date.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and packaging, and digital items must not be redeemed or accessed.
  • Some items (e.g., personalized, digital downloads, sale items) are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to a bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash matching the order consignee's name. Cash refunds are not available.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards, vouchers, store credits, redeemed digital items, and services already provided.
  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance, unless specified otherwise.

5. Shipping and Return Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged items upon arrival where a video is provided.
  • Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Cancellation of Orders:

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, returns must follow the above guidelines.
